The yp-suite of packages (ypserv, ypbind-mt, yp-tools) provided by
Gentoo is several versions out of date.  This is the update of
ypbind-mt to the latest version.  It works for me :-) After all,
1.0 should be up2date ;-)

The ebuild is essentially an update of the existing ebuild with one
exceptions: Query the nls use flag; if not set, disable nls support.

Note: the startup script provided with the old ebuild looks fine and
works here.
