No, but the author is aware of the problem, and fix. he forgot a #include in one
of the source files.

the author has changed the name of nintencer to mednafen,  the name change will
be reflected in the next release.  amd64 does not compile properly, even without
any CFLAGS defined.  Bug report has been submitted upstream.
