Bugzilla Bug 99029

I don't know how it can be... but two monthes ago I succeeded in compiling
kdelibs, now I had to recompile it and it fails.

I thought the problem is that it misses kdemultimedia-arts but arts fails to
compile as well.

It seems that a whole library is missing, but it is not correctly depended by
the build.
