tmpwatch-2.8.4.ebuild
Utility recursively searches through specified directories and removes files which have
not been accessed in a specified period of time.

I think this tool is very useful. It's been through rigorous bug testing and fixes over
the years of use by Redhat. There are some other implementations, but I feel this is
secure, fast, and easy to use.

Furthermore, I think it should really be used in a crontab that comes with baselayout,
but let's see what other people think.

As for the ebuild itself, I'm not really happy with it. It works, but the download is a
src.rpm. I cannot for the life of me find another distribution of it in a better form.
Also, I'm not sure if I made proper use of the WORKDIR. Lastly, I used rpm2targz to
unpack the RPM. I didn't want to force people to install the entire rpm package.

I am attaching a suggested crontab for /etc/cron.daily.

Commited, thanks for the ebuild!
