The tiemu is an emulator of the Texas Instrument graphical calculators. It compiles and runs well. This new ebuild needs the new tilib* updated in the bug 84763. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

A rc2 version is available. So the rc1 tarball source isn't avalaible anymore at the site specified in the ebuild. But the developper will keep all version on sourceforge : mirror://sourceforge/gtktiemu/${PN}-2.00-rc1.tar.bz2 To upgrade the rc1 ebuild to the rc2, just replace every "rc1" by "rc2". It compiles and runs well.

The corresponding ebuilds are in the bug #84763. I have added a kde USE flag to make tiemu use the KDE "open window".
hmm the newest libticables are 3.9.2. But in your ebuild there is an entry for 3.9.5, I think you should correct this... Or am I wrong? I'll try it with version 3.9.2...
I updated the ebuild myself... I corrected some stuff: Mirror, correct rc handling... and updated it to rc8.

No, the last version is needed, else the compilation will fail : the lastest ebuild can be found here : bug #84763. I updated the RC8 ebuild with new use flags and the version of the needed lib.

Worked for me with libticables-3.9.5, libtifiles-0.6.6 and libticalcs-4.6.1
On the ebuild, instead of calling make, try: emake -j1 || die This should fix the all-recursive error that you're probably getting when making the package simply with emake.
Created attachment 70722 [details] tiemu-2.02.ebuild Tiemu 2.02 is out. It works great with emake now, thanks. The SRC_URI is my on web site, as tiemu source can't be downloaded (connection refused to ticalc.org during the ebuild digest...). And this will avoid changing version problems as old sources are removed as soon as a new version is uploaded.
