A few extra changes were needed because a readme.txt file is in an annoying

the -dedicated option doesn't work any longer.

settings_gui.o(.text+0x507): In function `GameOptionsWndProc':
: undefined reference to `ToggleFullScreen'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [openttd] Error 1


Now i know this is an upstream error (probably in the makefile where it links
some gui elements that it souldn't, I figured I mention it here so that it is
atleast documented that -dedicated no longer works properly.

This is a known problem that has been resolved in the latest SVN revision (svn
co svn://svn.openttd.com/trunk/). In this release there are also a lot of
desyncs, so a 0.4.(0.)1 release may not be far off.
