Dbus tries to use /usr/bin/moc (music on console) if moc is emerged rather than
/usr/qt/3/bin/moc(meta object compiler).  Obviously this stops it from
compiling. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge moc
2. emerge dbus
3.

Actual Results:
