Description:   Opened: 2005-03-11 10:46 0000 
When emergeing nautilus-2.10.0, it seems to require startup-notification-0.8. 
It doesn't say it does, but it fails with some errors about startup
notifications (hence my trying upgrading startup-notification).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge startup-notification-0.8
2.???????
3.Profit!

Actual Results:  
nautilus-2.10.0 successfully emerged.

Expected Results:  
It should have listed startup-notification-0.8 in its dependencies, and emerged
it automatically.
