An update to the tedia2sql ebuild (previously 1.2.8 in portage).

This version is handy for multi-file and multi-page diagrams, making larger ERDs more manageable via placeholder classes.

From the homepage:

It is a tool that allows you to create a database ERD in Dia (using the UML
shape toolset), then to convert that ERD into a SQL DDL script for multiple
databases.
