Hi!

The ebuild for scew-0.4.0 is attached below. 

I have created an ebuild for version 0.3.1, as it is being depended on by the nostromo speedpad drivers, for which I will also upload an ebuild.
After i finished the old one, i made this new one just to keep up with current development. 

Please report any mistakes or other crazy stuff inside the ebuild ;)
