apache-1.3.33-r1 adds support for lingerd using a lingerd local USE-flag.
apache-1.3.33-r1 keywords: ~x86 ~ppc ~sparc ~alpha ~hppa ~amd64 ~ia64 ~mips
lingerd-0.94 keywords: ~x86

archs, please test and keyword or use-mask lingerd.

lingerd ebuild has a bug in it where it's calling exeinto ${D}/usr/bin, which
ends up installing lingerd into
/var/tmp/portage/lingerd-0.94/image/usr/bin/lingerd on a live system.  exeinto
already accounts for ${D} in the install process, so removing it should remedy
this issue.

This also keeps apache from starting as it cannot find lingerd.

I fixed the ${D} issue - I have no idea how this ebuild got this far without
that being caught.
Please resume testing.

We will be unmasking (hopefully) on Feb 12. Please KEYWORD or use.mask the
lingerd USE-flag before then. Any archs that haven't done this will have to be
dropped from apache-1.3. Thanks!
