this happens when doing an emerge -uD world, tried 'rm
/usr/portage/distfiles/attr-2.4.19.src.tar.gz to remove the file' and then
'ebuild /usr/portage/sys-apps/attr/attr-2.4.19.ebuild digest' to rebuild the
digest but still fails every time.
