Simple bump of 1.02 ebuild is enough

Personally, I had to move files/1.0.2-DESTDIR.patch to
files/1.0.3-DESTDIR.patch, and comment out the two lines in the ebuild
referring to files/xvid-1.0.1-64bit-clean.patch.  However, I am running on
AMD64, so that might be the cause of the differences.

Compiled cleanly, and appears stable.  I'm on the first pass of a long two-pass
encoding, so I have no indication as to quality as of yet; if any problems
appear (perhaps as a result of the removal of the second patch) I'll be sure to
post back here.

new version now in the portage tree. it seems that as of version 1.0.3 the
64bit patch isn't needed any longer.
