Updated nbsmtp to nbsmtp-0.98 fixing bugs reported in #74340 and some others [
mostly performance related ].

The same ebuild should work fine but:

use ipv6 && myconf="${myconf} --enable-inet6"

can be changed to `use_enable ipv6` in econf. I tweaked the configure to make
it work.

0.98 in CVS, and it really seems to fix the multi-recipient problem. Good work,

BTW, your gentoo-es.org mirror is down, so I used www.it.uc3m.es (mirror 2,
according to nbsmtp's homepage). Reverting back to original SRC_URI will
probably be needed as soon as gentoo-es.org is up. Please, let me know via
