Ebuild for DirectFB 0.9.21

Here goes the ebuild I tested DirectFB 0.9.21 with. Works fine here. Basically
I just took the old ebuild and removed some 0.9.20 specific
patches/workarounds...

Ah, it might be of interest that 0.9.21 supports the sysfs filesystem (on 2.6
kernels, of course), provided that sys-fs/sysfsutils is installed (tested on
the yet-masked 1.2.0 version)...

Your ebuild compiles and works fine here (x86 machine), tested it with links
and... qingy (guess why ;-P )
