Description:   Opened: 2004-11-22 15:09 0000 
Tvtime ebuild currently misses some use-flags, specifically nlx and X.

The attached patch applied over the current ebuild fixes the problem.

I'll re-add the nls use-flag support for tvtime 0.9.15 in bug #66293
