When trying to start the zoneminder console it would fail, resulting in an
error message in /var/log/zoneminder/zmpkg.log.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge and configure ZoneMinder
2. Go to the zoneminder console main page and click "Start"
3. View the contents of /var/log/zoneminder/zmpkg.log

Actual Results:  
Saw the following error in the log file:

Perhaps the DBD::mysql perl module hasn't been fully installed,
or perhaps the capitalisation of 'mysql' isn't right.

Expected Results:  
Zoneminder console should have started.

Emerged DBD-mysql and the problem was fixed.  DBD-mysql needs to be added as a
dependency for ZoneMinder!
