Description:   Opened: 2004-11-04 07:59 0000 
with USE="-gtk gtk2" scilab correctly detects that it should not depend
on gtk stuff, but incorrectly sets ./configure options.
The compilation fails because libgtkhtml is missing.

Please apply the following patch...
