Description:   Opened: 2004-10-27 08:36 0000 
Tested against our version. Seems this is used in remotely-accessible apps like
ImageMagick. If a website allowed remote users to upload PNGs (or if a user
were tricked into viewing a malicious PNG with something using gd), it could
lead to RCE.
