After a breaking my head of why 0.30 does't work with gDesklets-core-0.30 I
created an ebuild for a 0.31 which "works with .30" (taken from a starterbars'
Changelog).

Also, as probably already known, the upgrade from 0.26x will require manual
creation of ~/.gdesklets/Sensors folder.

Yeh, I've got this locally, and I'll add it along with gdesklets-0.31.1 as soon
as the new python libraries (pyorbit, gnome-python) are in from the python
team.
