Hi Ciaran et al.,

Cream 0.31 is waiting for us.

I will attach a 0.30-r3 -> 0.31 ebuild bump patch, with the following changes:

 - fixed the shell command again, that time to disable gvim i18n: the issue was that having one part of the strings (the standard gvim's ones) localized and not the other (the cream's ones) sometimes makes a single keyboard shortcut to be defined twice, for two different menu items. That produces strange behaviors...
 - spelldicts are now versioned. Changed the SRC_URI to take that into account.
 - removed the "evil autocmd" patch (fixed upstream).

Here is the ebuild patch.

I forgot to comment on the last chunk: added installation of the "filetypes"
dir, which is a split of the per-filetype customizations that were previously
all in cream-filetype.vim.
