This is now working on ppc-macos (see bug #61349 for details on how the build
was fixed.) It is now successfully installing and working on OS X. (works with
USE="ssl" too.)

Can someone please add the ~ppc-macos or ppc-macos keyword?

Ah, this is not a duplicate. Bug #61349 (which I referenced) fixed the build, but it did *not* add
the keyword. In fact, the comment at the end of the bug says:

"I'll leave it up to the macosx people to keyword it."

My bug (this bug) is about actually getting the keyword added. Currently the ebuild has:

KEYWORDS="~x86 ~amd64 ~ppc ~sparc ~alpha ~hppa ~mips ~ia64 ~ppc64" # ~ppc-macos

Ah you can see ~ppc-macos is commented out.
