For dailystrips to use the --date option, you must have the DateTime perl
module installed.
Add "=dev-perl/DateTime" to DEPEND for dailystrips ebuild.

Adds DateTime dependency

Confirmed DateTime dependency at dailystrips site, --date is important to the
package.  Added DateTime to RDEPEND in attached patch.
