expat-1.95.7{,-r1} does not compile with the soon-to-be-released gcc-4.0.0.
expat-1.95.8 contains numerous fixes which allow compilation and fix various
annoying bugs, mainly relating to things deprecated in gcc-3.4.x which now
generate errors in gcc-4.x.

Note also that the "mandir" variable has been changed to "man1dir" in the
Makefile.

Thank you Rob. Trying to commit this but I'm currently hung up on some
keywording issues that I'm working to resolve.

well ppc-macos marked previous revs as stable without marking any depends as
stable. ppc64 marked previous revs as ~ without depends being ~. So repoman
fails. Working with them now.

all arches finished bug #65041 so the new rev is commited.
