emerging imlib-1.9.14-r1 fails to compile. Gives LOTS of errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge imlib

Actual Results:  
first error in a series of hundreds :
In file included from gdk_imlib.h:5,

gdk_imlib_types.h:1:21: gdk/gdk.h: No such file or directory

gdk_imlib_types.h:17: error: syntax error before "gint"

after that, goes on with lots of erros (syntax related most of them)

Expected Results:  
emerged cleanly
