Bugzilla Bug 58911

ebuild adds ~amd64 and applies the patch if use amd64.

Bug is in the application though, this should only be necessary until the patch is adopted by the kasablanca developers. (sizeof(long)!=sizeof(int))

doesnt compile with x11-libs/qt-3.3.4-r2 on x86.  and needs pwlib 1.5, 1.6
gives  compilation errors earlier.
