sed cannot read a nonexistant makefile to start the compile

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86"
2. emerge netselect
3. netselect fails src_compile

Actual Results:  
netselect failed when maiking Makefile

Expected Results:  
netselect should build the Makefile and finish the compile
