mod_log_sql.so & mod_log_sql_mysql.so are compiled but not installed.
path to documentation files is not correct.

Created an attachment (id=32508) [details]
Patch for v1.98 ebuild to properly install .so files and docs

fixes the doexe lines so the .so files will install.
fixes documentation path.

Fixed in cvs. It doesnt detect apache2 that great.
