DVD

This ebuild is for lxdvdrip a program that automates the prosses of dvdbackup
from one dvd to another. Also usefull to go from dvd9 to dvd5

working ebuild for lxdvdrip

This is a clean up of the ebuild to install documentation (readme files in
german and english) and conf files in /etc (both english and german versions).
Also uses dobin to install binary lxdvdrip

lxdvdrip-1.05.ebuild

fully working ebuild for lxdvdrip-1.05 ;-)
please put this into portage ASAP.
prefered location media-video.

NEW version of lxdvdrip (1.06). Just copy lxdvdrip-1.05.ebuild to
lxdvdrip-1.06.ebuild.

Changes:

1) Now reads users config file ~/.lxdvdrip.conf
2) No longer copies lots of data into /tmp if you specify another tmp-dir. Now
only pipes and subs are written to /tmp (some MB, not much).

This is a great tool! Thanks for your ebuilds!

The dependancy on streamdvd should really be dropped, because it doesn't work
with lxdvdrip. I recommend transcode as a dep instead. And while you're at it,
we need mplayer, because transcode in parallel mode need mplex
(USE="+encoding") (tcmplex doesn't work right now). MPlayer can also be used
for preview with lxdvdrip. I also recommend  app-cdr/dvd+rw-tools which
includes growisofs for burning (others may not be GPL'ed, like
cdrecord-prodvd). Then you need "buffer", "eject", "lsdvd" can be helpful, and
for sure to include dvdbackup in case the source is <4.7GB.

lxdvdrip-1.10_pre1.ebuild

latest version. removed all dependencies other than 'dvdauthor' because all
other tools are *optional* and the user should select them.

pre2 is out! ;-)

just copy lxdvdrip-1.10_pre1.ebuild to lxdvdrip-1.10_pre2.ebuild and it works.

btw: it's REALLY, REALLY time to put this into portage! ;-)
