Bugzilla Bug 41695

jfsutils in version 1.1.2 wont compile on my system. jfsutils 1.1.4 work
perfect.

I built my system form a experimental 2004.0 CD and used the "bootstrap-2.6.sh"
for bootstrapping.

Actual Results:  
have to emerge a "unstable" version

Expected Results:  
Mark 1.1.4 as stable.
