Please test media-sound/festival-1.4.3 for stability on sparc.  1.4.2 is really
broken and I want to remove it from portage, but I want a stable festival to
replace it.

Adding in a depend upon bug #41412, that should probably be fixed first in case
any new DEPEND issues crop up...

~sparced, basic tests work with -r1.
sparc devels please test some more, we should go stable soon since we lack a working festival (hmm, wonder who pulled the plug on the previous working one) ;)

the plug pulling would be me.  it failed with gcc 3.3 (and hence why I pulled
it)... you can see one of the "blocked" bugs for more info.

Thanks for getting this to work guys... it was gonna be my first priority once
my ultra 10 arrived...

ah crap.  my bad.  sorry guys.  I should've just set it '-* sparc'  I'll be
more careful in the future.
