Hmm, it's a bit problematic.  I don't have any 2.4-kernel on my iBook...

Could somebody else test it?

With recent xfree-drm-4.3.0-r7 I get a patch failure similar to that described
in bug #40314.

The patch fails because of three rejections which seem to refer to non-existing
code in the original files.

xfree is not supported any more on ppc.  Closing this bug.

Irrelevant, this applies to any X implementation using DRI.

Okay.  But it depends on a 2.4 kernel, correct?  So, as we do not support
2.4-kernel any more on ppc, this package is probably only for those who didn't
switched yet.

I can't test it, as the 2.4 kernel won't even build on my system (problems with
gcc-3.4).

What should we do now?

Marked stable anyhow, by pvdabeel on 4 Oct.

Note that x11-drm-2004* and greater DO support 2.6 kernels.
