transcode has a new version which brings in mjpegtools-1.6.1.92 as a
dependency. The emerge of it fails:

I've had this problem ("cannot find -lX11") before, but I can't remember what
the underlying problem was, much less the solution.

System is otherwise up-to-date for ~x86. Compile without distcc/with -j1
doesn't fix it.
