emerge -ep <package> shows only the package and none of the dependencies, which
rather defeats the purpose of having --emptytree and --pretend. Originally
mentioned in http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=5220

its not that it doesnt show dependencies, it just doesnt show dependencies that 
havent been installed yet
