Can't compile stable dev-java/antlr-2.7.7-r2 (update from 2.7.7) at stable x86 system. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: emerge -auv1 dev-java/antlr Actual Results: Program 'lib' is not installed or not available for currently selected version of postgresql. Use 'eselect postgresql' command to set different PostgreSQL version Expected Results: Succesful compile Attaches below

I've had the same problem. If you remove /usr/bin/lib (or wherever is the lib file), it will emerge. This lib file is a symlink to some postgresql wrapper. I think it was wrongly installed by some version of postgresql.
Upgrade to app-admin/eselect-postgresql-1.0.9.
