Bug 351672 – games-arcade/xrick: fix joystick usage and and fullscreen behavior

1. Added joystick support.
2. Added the arm keyword (stable).
3. Fixed incorrect fullscreen mode when the display aspect ratio is higher than 1.6.
4. Fixed freezing on exit when joystick is enabled.
