prime-dict is a dictionary file for PRIME server, just the same as cannadic
for Canna server, anthydic for Anthy and skk-jisyo for SKK server. Japanese
input method servers usually need dictionaries when running. prime and prime-dict
are different packages, so I reopen this bug.
