Description:   Opened: 2002-05-28 23:22 0000
fam oss fails to compile due to the stricter c++ handling in gcc-3.1, only the
LAST hunk of the patch that I'm linking to in the URL of this bug is mine...
the rest is already in portage... please check it out, test, etc.

------- Comment #1 From Rufiao Valhacouto 2002-05-28 23:31:52 0000 -------
this patch seem to depend on fam-oss-2.6.4, has it been tested? how have you
applied the patch?

------- Comment #2 From Brandon Low (RETIRED) 2002-05-28 23:34:32 0000 -------
that patch file should be copied into /usr/portage/app-admin/fam-oss/files it
will overwrite one of the ones already there, and yes I have compiled and
tested on my system.

------- Comment #3 From Rufiao Valhacouto 2002-05-28 23:36:46 0000 -------
ok, it seems to work properly here now, thanks a lot

------- Comment #4 From Matthew Kennedy (RETIRED) 2002-05-29 00:12:02 0000 -------
