After updating from procps-3.1.11-r1 to procps-3.1.13 threads are displayed
twice given 'ps max'.  With procps-3.1.11-r1 installed, only one line per thread
is displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. update to sys-apps/procps-3.1.13
2. type: 'ps max'
3. observe output
