No open bugs. No rush to do this, can wait for another 10 days. Bug opened mostly for tracking purposes (bug 292791). KDE4 version.

The transition from kile-1.* to kile-2.1_beta1 was a bit ugly for me (many months ago). I re-used my kde3 profile and the toolbars and build tools were broken until I rest them in the configuration dialog to standard values (advice from upstream).

Maybe someone who has still a kde3 profile around should try if this is still the case with beta2. If so, we need an elog, something like
"If the toolbars and build tools behave strangely after updating from kile-1.*,
please use the configuration dialog to reset both to the default values."
