Sorry maekke, but arches, please do 3.9.2 instead because of this serious bug,

do_fancy_upsampling=FALSE in order to read raw data.  Resolves
"Bug 2090 - OJPEG crash with libjpeg v7".

Because that's potentially crashing Qt4, thus KDE4, and a lot of more
packages...

I'd prefer to patch 3.9.1 as the patch looks trivial. I personally do not like
<30 day stabilizations.
