Please test and mark stable =x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-71.86.11 . A compile
test should suffice if you do not have the hardware (as is likely on an amd64
system).

has it been updated to work with the latest kernel (>=2.6.29) and xorg (>=1.5)
??? otherwise it's futile to unmask it but I can't update the system at all for
this same reason...

is there a way out???
