Civil is a cross-platform, turn-based, networked strategy game, developed using
Python, Pygame and SDL. Civil allows players to take part in scenarios set in
historical battle theatres. To date, the U.S. Civil war has been the primary focus.

Latest version is 0.82

The 0.82 release has a lot of issues that are addressed already in CVS for
the project, but not released.  I'm going to close as LATER until the next
release.

my first pass at an ebuild for this.

I'm going to store my first pass at the ebuild in bugzilla to get it off my
drive.	Hopefully it'll make it quicker to pick up for the next release.
