As said on the depending/blocking bugs, these needs to be _tested well_ and
they all need to go together.

On ppc64 64UL in chroot, I get the following failure:

f_illitable_flexbg: illegal inode table with FLEX_BG: failed

Found some old bugs reports from Gentoo that suggested missing /etc/mtab, or
missing DEBUG_FS in kernel, that's not the case here.
