The summary covers it. rlpkg does not have ext4 listed as an acceptable file system. However, it relabels individual packages just fine which led me to my solution. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. run rlpkg -a on an ext4 file system. 2. 3. The problem is, imho, very important for hardened gentoo on ext4 but trival to fix. Add ext4 to line 20 of the rlpkg script. Fixed. If this is a stupid thing to do PLEASE comment because that is how I am doing it.
