Please add gnutls to the emul-linux-x86-* packages as this library is useful
for app-emulation/wine.  At the same time, remove the mask of the gnutls USE
flag.

Reproducible: Always

Using the multilib overlay, wine can be built with gnutls support, thus
allowing connection to Battle.net.
