Description:   Opened: 2009-03-15 14:10 0000 
build/install qt4 wrapper when build with kde3 file dialogue and 
build/install qt3 wrapper when build with kde4 file dialogue (if it sets by use
flags qt3/qt4 of course)

USE="kde" for KDE3 file dialogue and USE="-kde" for KDE4 file dialogue.

P.S. It ebuild contains a small hack to cmake, but i don't know how to make
"double compilation" better.

KDE3 support has been removed from kgtk, so closing this as WONTFIX.
