As you can see in:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=238947

Some ebuilds cannot be fixed for not providing pre-stripped files, then, I
think that would be interesting being able to skip the check like is currently
being allowed to do with other QA checks like TEXTRELS or EXECSTACK, then,
maintainer could simply add something like:
QA_PRESTRIPPED="file"

for skipping this check
