adds a eautoreconf, with that emerge of kde-i18n fails:

 * Messages for package kde-base/kde-i18n-3.5.9:

 * Failed Running aclocal !
 *
 * Include in your bugreport the contents of:
 *
 *   /var/tmp/portage/kde-base/kde-i18n-3.5.9/temp/aclocal-28316.out
 *

cat /var/tmp/portage/kde-base/kde-i18n-3.5.9/temp/aclocal-28316.out
***** aclocal *****
***** aclocal

aclocal-1.10: `configure.ac' or `configure.in' is required

removing the line fixes the problem
