I would like to ask for the stabilization of dev-ruby/rubygems-1.3.1. This
version has been in our CVS for ~6 weeks and has no open bugs. Starting with
1.3.0 rubygems has gotten some functionality that the ruby team would like to
start depending on. Also, some packages, notably dev-ruby/rails have started to
depend on this version of rubygems.
